Heather Vitko - Senior REALTOR®

Whether you are contemplating the purchase of your first home, upgrading your existing home, downsizing, building a rental portfolio, or you are relocating to Austin, Heather is your partner in planning your future.
Heather is an Austinite born and raised; and is very proud of her roots. Watching the landscape of the city she loves change, and seeing it grow from 308,952 residents the year she was born to over 900,000 today, are two of the reasons she became interested in real estate. The other reason, and biggest motivating factor to obtaining her real estate license, was to make educated and profitable investments for her own real estate portfolio. After obtaining her license, with so many friends asking for advice and guidance, she officially began buying and selling houses with close friends and family, and now offers her services to the public.

Heather graduated from Texas State University in 2000 with a bachelor of business administration, specializing in marketing. She has over 20 years of experience in sales . Heather is an expert strategist and negotiator. In her first year as a Realtor, she closed over $2,000,000. Heather’s unique abilities to understand the marketplace and understand how to advance a deal, make her your best ally. With an uncommon approach to real estate, she provides a high level of service that produces the best results for her clients. She knows when to be patient and when to push forward, all the while working collaboratively with all parties to a deal. By empowering her clients with knowledge and advising them along the way, Heather is able to help her clients make the best investments.

Heather is committed to providing the highest level of care, dedicated to ongoing education, enthusiastic about meeting new people and grateful for her friends, family and clients. Without whom, she says real estate ”just wouldn’t be fun”. She wants to be “your Realtor for life”. For her, the long-term success of clients, is far more important than any single transaction.

Heather recently moved across town, back to where she grew up, in south Austin. She is passionate about her family. Heather and her husband Roger are raising two children, a daughter named Reagan and son named Roger III. Her family fills her with joy, and for them, she aspires to do her very best in all her endeavors. She would tell you that the greatest reward for all she does, is seeing her children’s happiness every day and enjoying a very close relationship with her family. When she’s not out looking at real estate, she enjoys going to the movies, going out dancing and sewing. She is involved in her children’s school and also supports the Special Olympics.
You can be assured that Heather will provide you with comprehensive market information and expert advice on all things real estate and home related. If you are a first time home buyer, at a stage in life where your family is outgrowing your current home or you need to downsize, relocate or are looking for investment property, Heather’s unique expertise will help you make the very best investments.
