I believe people make their best real estate decisions when they understand not only what is happening, but why. My role is not to rush you toward a decision or simply guide you through paperwork. It is to make sure you have the information, tools, and advocacy needed to fully understand your transaction from beginning to close. Before entering real estate, I worked as an elementary educator and instructional leader. That experience taught me how to break down complicated information, recognize the details that matter, and help people feel confident asking questions. Today, those skills are at the center of how I represent my clients. I am especially passionate about helping first-time homebuyers and new construction buyers. Too many buyers enter a model home believing the builder’s sales representative is there to represent their interests. Others sign lengthy representation agreements without fully understanding the terms or the level of service they should expect. I believe transparency should begin before any agreement is signed and continue through every conversation, inspection, negotiation, and closing. My clients often tell me they appreciate how clearly I explain the process, the care behind my communication, and the attention I give to inspections and repair concerns. Whether I am working with a resale property or a newly built home, I take the time to examine the details, communicate concerns, and advocate for appropriate corrections. Real estate transactions can be exciting, but they can also feel long, complicated, and overwhelming. My goal is to make the experience manageable by helping you understand your choices, anticipate what comes next, and feel supported throughout the process. As a REALTOR® with Realty Texas, I serve buyers and sellers throughout Round Rock, Georgetown, Hutto, Pflugerville, and the Greater Austin area. I combine personalized guidance with the technology and resources available through Realty Texas to help my clients make thoughtful, informed decisions. Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two young children, planning family trips, exploring nature, hiking near the water, crocheting, and learning something new whenever I have the opportunity. I do not measure success only by whether a transaction closes. I measure it by whether my clients look back and remember that they were heard, informed, personally cared for, and never left to navigate the process alone.
