Janette Herzog

Hi, I'm Janette Herzog, a Texas REALTOR® proudly serving San Antonio, the Hill Country, and clients relocating throughout Texas. Having spent 47 years living in Germany before making Texas my home, I understand firsthand what it's like to pack up your life, move somewhere new, and start a new chapter. Growing up in a military family also gave me a special appreciation for the opportunities—and challenges—that come with relocation. Today, I bring that life experience into real estate. I work with buyers, sellers, new construction clients, renters, and people relocating to Texas. Whether you're searching for your first home, your next home, a new-build community, or simply trying to figure out where in Texas you belong, my goal is to make the process easier to understand and more enjoyable. I believe great real estate service starts with listening. You'll get straightforward communication, personal attention, strong advocacy, and someone who genuinely cares about helping you make the right move for your life—not just completing a transaction. And when I'm not talking real estate? You'll probably find me on a golf course, exploring another corner of Texas, or wearing my signature cowboy hat. 🤠 Texas became my new beginning. I'd love to help you find yours.

As a Texas REALTOR®, my mission is simple: to make real estate feel personal, informed, and a little less overwhelming. Whether you're buying your first home, building new, relocating to Texas, or starting your next chapter, I'm here to listen, guide, negotiate, and advocate for you every step of the way. I believe real estate isn't just about houses—it's about people, possibilities, and finding the place that feels like home.
