Great news is that inventory is the highest it's been since before the pandemic. Yes, interest rates have returned to a more normal level which after the last couple years is a tough pill to swallow. However, owning is better than renting even at 6 or 7% interest
The great news for home buyers is that inventory is at it's highest level since before the pandemic. Yes, it's true that interest rates have returned to a more normal level. Which after these last couple years is a tough pill to swallow. However, I still strongly believe that paying 6 or 7 % interest is still better than renting and paying someone else's mortgage.
